How delivery works

GranitCorp runs its own production platform, AI1, and the agent that operates it, O. Every deliverable goes through the same discipline before it reaches you:

• A written scope, agreed before work starts, with numbered acceptance criteria you can read.
• Independent review: a second reviewer, separate from whoever wrote the change, reviews it before it ships.
• Staging proof: the change runs on a staging address first, so you see it working before it touches the live site.
• Live with rollback: once approved, the change goes live with an automatic rollback if the post-deploy check fails.
• You keep the admin keys: hosting, the code and the documentation are handed over so you are never locked in to us.

In practice, a stage that moves an existing system onto a new platform is checked against a 17-point acceptance checklist; a stage that adds features is checked against a 36-point checklist, including a full regression of the stage before it. You can see this in action on the Demos page.
